Do you do the end-of-arm tooling? The integration?

While our core offering is the software, we understand that a complete solution often requires end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) and seamless integration.

  • End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT): CapSen PiC provides consistent and complete control of the end effector. We can provide custom end-effector design and testing as part of our services, working with you or your chosen integrator to ensure the right gripper or tool is selected and controlled effectively by our software.
  • Integration: CapSen PiC significantly reduces the integration burden of deployment by providing consistent and complete control of the robot, end effector, and 3D cameras within a robot cell. While our software makes integration much simpler, we also offer installation support and can collaborate with your existing integrators or recommend trusted partners to ensure a smooth deployment. Our system is designed to be hardware-agnostic, meaning it integrates with most major robot brands and 3D cameras.

What’s included in CapSen’s service or support package?

CapSen offers several service/support packages, all valid for one year and renewable. These include:

  • CapSen PiC Preferred Support Plan: Unlimited remote support, 30 hours of on-site support (travel not included), and software updates.
  • CapSen PiC Standard Support Plan: Unlimited remote support and 15 hours of on-site support (travel not included).
  • CapSen PiC Basic Support Plan: Unlimited remote support.
  • CapSen Scanner Basic Support Plan: Unlimited remote support.

Do you provide training?

Yes. Each CapSen PiC system comes with detailed user manuals, and an additional support package can also be purchased.
During installation, we work closely with the customers to ensure they know how to operate the system. Moreover, we do any maintenance and configuration that is necessary during the lifespan of the system.
