The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote CapSen Robotics and its products. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's growth and success in the factory automation market.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive new business opportunities within this exciting industry.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Manage, plan and execute various digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and expo display advertising campaigns
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and interface with CRM/lead management tools
• Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights, and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies‍
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimize user experience, and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption
